Seating is unreserved, our events work on a first come first seated basis, and we cannot guarantee where you will be sitting.

Tickets are sold subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for misconduct.

By purchasing tickets, attendees agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.

Refund Policy:

1. Requests for ticket refunds must be submitted in writing to the organiser's customer service team at [email protected].

2. Refund requests can be made within 14 days of the ticket purchase date. Refunds within this period will be accepted, provided it is more than 14 days until the event date.

3. Refund requests made after the initial 14-day period will not be accepted.

4. Refund requests made after the event date will not be honoured.

5. If there is a change of venue where the event date remains the same and the new location is within 5 miles of the original venue, refunds will not be issued.

6. In case of postponement, all customers will have the option to request a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of notification. Please note that all tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

7. If an event is cancelled either by us or the venue on short notice, and there's no possibility of finding an alternative venue, customers will receive a full refund within 14 days.

8. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

9. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy.
